Security of Your Credit Card Information

All credit card transactions at Pink Fromage are handled with industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and then decoded on the other end. We at Pink Fromage actually never even see your entire card number.

Shipping

Every effort will be made to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your order.

At this time we are only accepting orders within the US.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original box in order to be receive a refund. Items not in new condition will not be refunded. Please email comments1@pinkfromage.com for a Returned Merchandise Approval number. Items can not be returned without this number.
